1| First you can use search filtres and look for native ads by:

^ Redirects
^ Publisher
^ Outgoing
^ Landing page
2| Timeframe (last week,for example) + newest
This will show you the newest ads that have entered the market. Determine fresh campaigns!

Using this sorting option, you can determine the most stable advertising campaigns.
