Format/structure of pre-Landers?

Hi all,

Another newbie here....following the general advice to stick to one traffic source and vertical, I've decided to focus on Facebook & Ecom offers. I've seen a trial offer for a food subscription product and my understanding is this will need a pre-lander.

I've come up with multiple angles on how to sell this offer but I'm wondering, is there a right or wrong way to translate these angles to a pre-lander? I was initially thinking of a blog post type of landing page. What are the other common pre-lander formats?

Any advice is much appreciated.

Try spying some ads, that will give you a pretty good idea what works, and you can also rip landers for initial tests.

Thank you. Will something like Adplexity work or do I need a spy tool specific to Facebook?

Scrap that, it needs to be a Facebook tool!

Found a couple spy tools, so I will trial them and do some spying.
