BLAM Ads do not respond my application.

I live in Thailand.My language is Thai.
I am working online marketing(Adsense,Amazon) for over 6 years.
I can contact my local Web with ease.
I am interested to put BLAM Ads Offer to show in those sites.
Traffic combined with over a hundred million impression per day.

I sent my application to BLAM Ads over 5 business day. ago.But did not receive a response.

Any one have suggestions to me?

Yes,I have.

Almost of all friends are webmaster. No one know how to make money with CPA.

They know only the Banner.

So I want to join Network with Thai offers.
