Hey Guys,
Anyone having problems with Mobidea's support. I used to access their online chat support at night my local time. But this whole week their online support has been offline during the time that I used to access them. Their chat service says they are available 9am to 11pm GMT time which I think is my correct local time. I also tried e-mailing their support but more than 48 hours have passed and still no reply. Anyone know how to get in touch with them?

Have you tried contacting them through skype?

Mobidea is definitely one of the most responsive networks I've ran across, so must have been some issue with the chat applet or maybe they got too busy due to some other circumstances. I'm sure they will provide the support you need in a timely fashion.

Sorry, I skipped this post somehow. How is the current situation with the support, are you managing to solve your doubts and issues on time?
Just sharing a recent update: we don't have the Skype contact anymore, and our Support team is only available in live-chat window of a Mobidea account, as well as email: affiliate-service@Mobidea.com
