Teeth Whitening manufacturer, where to go from here?

I am wondering if this is the right place to possibly find someone who has either driven traffic to straight-sales pages for teeth whitening, or done rebilling, and is knowledgeable in that area. Wonder what the chargeback rate is, return rate, etc.
