ROI: -15%~5%

No Sound,No Intro pop.
Any advice on increase CTR?
you can test a bunch of stuff, but try split testing the button and the wording of the button.
"Grab Your Gift Here »"
"Click Here Now"
"You Qualify! Click This Button"
etc...
etc...
Then of course point all the traffic at the best offer. Also, the email/zip offers on the bottom may be distracting from what you want them to do (click the button and convert).

yea, i did split test couple bottom 1 hr ago.

Yeah pretty much. Depending who you read there are a few definitions, but it comes down to seeing conflicting information on the page, and that draws the eye and the mind away from the intended path. It's like an annoying little itch that you can't scratch.
