Using VCC's is asking for trouble, not sure if there is a best, I think none will keep your account live for a long time honestly.
well this is akin to FB accs farming for blackhat offers, there is no VCC service that's intended for that, you'll need to make A LOT of them. and they WILL get banned (be that for Google or Facebook). I'd love to hear about a few better options too, but that's one picky thing you have to figure out yourself, because digging requires a lot of investment and time. Therefore noone is usually so eager to share that info.
well VCC is kinda loose term, using any of those like Entropay, Okpay, Neteller etc. will get you banned instantly. But VCC from your bank's account is no problem whatsoever. In fact it is recommended because they are usually easier to obtain new and destroy older ones
Although I don't need this as I am not running any black hat offers, I would be interested to hear what banks offer this service.
I would be interested in institutions in all countries that offer this. I am in Canada, so any Canadian FIs that offer this would be great. I am sure that the rest of you are located all over the world and would love to know about local FIs that do this in your area.
