Postback Amount Not the Same in Voluum and Mobidea

Anyone know why the discrepancy in the postback amount shown in Voluum from the actual amount in Mobidea. The actual payout is $1.20 but Voluum shows $0.98? Is there something wrong with how I setup my postback url?

If you didn't setup manually in Voluum, then it is fed through by the network, I'd contact my AM about this.

Have you correctly set the conversions payout token from Mobidea on your Voluum postback? If so, I would suggest checking things up with your AM

Are you sure you are tracking costs in dollars on both platforms? It can be due to the currencies difference, check if it's the issue. And definitely contact the support team or your AM, as was suggested above.
