Ready Made Sites For Cloaking

Hey Guys ...

Looking for a service provider that high quality "safe sites" that is used for cloaking. And by high quality I mean it's a fully built out site that would pass just about any manual review...etc. I used to have a site saved that offered like 10 sites for $850 or something like that but have since lost the info.

Any leads .... ?
