Conversions not showing up....please help!

Ok, I can't get my conversions to populate in Voluum. The affiliate network I'm using is vymedia. Are there some specific areas of my settings in Voluum that I can post a screen shot of so someone can see what I'm doing wrong? Thank you!

Things to check
1) the offer url you set up in Voluum
2) the postback url the network setup for you
3) check if the 1) and 2) used proper tokens for your click ID

This will most likely be the issue, or you can post a screenshot of both urls, plenty of people will be able to help you here

This is the problem most likely ... did you set the postback up at all with vymedia?

Thanks for the replies. After speaking with my affiliate manager it turns out I wasn't putting the offer url correctly into Voluum. I had it as "aff_sub=" instead of "aff_sub2=". All is good now!

good, make sure you have a global postback URL too with your network to avoid hassles.

Ah, they are using the hasoffers backend then, that's pretty much always using the aff_sub2 for passing click IDs.

And definitely ask your AM to check whether your postback is set as a global one, so you don't have to set it again for new offers.
