Looking for Traffic Source & Network Recommendations (12)

Greetings.

I'm looking for some advice on some suitable traffic sources based on the following focus:

Vertical & Niche: Sweepstakes/ Vouchers & 'Enter to Win...'
Geo: Primarily Poland, Spain & Eastern Europe
Ad Format: Mobile Pops

I am mainly looking for suggestions based on the above focus paired with a consideration of quality + volume + reasonably priced - I am currently leaning towards PopAds, but I would like to consider some possible blue oceans/ options for scaling.

Also looking for suggestions on some networks that have a good selection of offers for the sweeps vertical in tier 2/3 European countries.

I read here, and I believe we have suitable traffic. We've been running these verticals on our push traffic and been seeing stellar results.
Running it on Push notification is highly engaging, and with the right image and text, you can suppress the results of pop by far.

In general, Push notification has been performing quite great, and there is a bunch of threads of Megapush and propeller with case studies about Push.
