Voluum IP redirect rule gone?
I haven't cloaked in a very long time, been running a lot of WH campaigns lately. Recently we found a campaign we've been needing to cloak. We regularly use Voluum as our main tracking system, but just noticed there is no IP redirect rules. We see there is IP blocking under settings, but we want to redirect certain ips not just block them, am I missing something here? I don't see it under rules anymore, I believe they use to have it.

I believe they removed it to be compliant with facebook's policies. Not sure, but I remember receiving an email about it some time last year.

The IP rule has been removed for a long time because people were cloaking facebook with it, and facebook didn't like that.

Yep, it was removed some time ago as others said.

Does anyone have access to a simple script (not looking for a full on cloaking solution) that would redirect users based on their ip to a different page?

Use Binom, my friend 
Our tracker has rules by IP lists, IP-ranges (including CIRD format), IP version, agent etc.
But, if you still like Voluum then check my script for landers:
Download lp_cloaker.zip
It can filter traffic by OS, country, IP, user-agent, tokens, referrer right on the lander.
