10,000 Impressions but 0 clicks, is this normal? If not how do i fix it?

Just as the title says, I got a mobile content offer for the Spain and received 0 clicks with over 10,000 impressions. I do not know if is my landing page url or not because i used the default one that Mobidea gives you. What am I doing wrong?

Do you run banner traffic?

Can you tell us more about your setup and traffic source?

Could you please let me know which offer were you running, and which traffic source you used? And yes, as was mentioned below, would be great to know the format. Any detailed information you provide can really help

Hey Eric, a couple questions. What type of traffic are you running, is it pop? when you mention "Clicks" do you mean the clicks on your landing page?
When you say the default url that Mobidea gives you, are you adding Mobidea's URL to your lander? And are you using a Tracker? If this is the case, you have to remove Mobidea's link from your lander and you should add your trackers Click url in your lander.

I used propellerads as a traffic source and went with popunders. 16662 - Mobile Content - ES - 3G + Wifi - is the offer from Mobidea

So there is EPC on this offer and when i go to check on Voluum or propellerads it shows 10,000 impressions, 0 clicks, 0 conversions. Probably no clicks on the landing page?

You're not giving us the details we need in order to help you find the problem.

Are you using your OWN landing page or simply sending traffic directly to the url you got from Mobidea? If you're not utilizing your own landing pages and sending traffic directly to mobidea, Voluum will show now clicks, since it's only tracking the visits that are directly getting redirected to the offer you are using.

Ok, then there are no "clicks" for Voluum to track. It will only count the visits you route trough it

I have met the same situiation that did not get any click through or conversion，but when i test myself just click the button
it is truely have.i use my own landing page，the tracker click-link had been refered at click button on the lp，then send the traffic to the tracker specific link.the total spend time from tracker specific link redirect to lp and final reach offer page is 0.6s.this is an PIN SUBMIT type ad ，match my traffic source which provide popunder type traffic. i do not how to find a way to check which part is wrong. help！

I would need to see the setup in order to spot a mistake. Show us screenshots of the campaign setup and also the way you've used the click url.

BUT, if it works when you make the click, just not with live traffic ... then the problem must be with the traffic source.

maybe it's the traffic source reason.I will change another for try.and then met another things about proxy traffic, I don't know how to tell the proxy-traffic or not.do you know the method? and is that necessary to choose the proxy traffic for adult cpa?

Proxy traffic should be surfers connected through some kind of a proxy .. might be because of privacy reasons, shared connections ... but also malicious activity such as setting up BOTs ... it can work for CPA, or it may not, depends on a particular case and you will have to test it.
