Hi guys,
my fb account got deactivated and reactivated several times and facebook paid me my on ads spent money
back to my credit card.
I spent over 1000$. Now when I go back into my reactivated fb ad account they say my account is stopped
until I pay the remaining 13.44$.
What happened to the other 1000$. I can't imagine that they forget to collect their money.
When do they come back for the 1000$?
Did you also talk to your credit card provider about what happened with those transactions?
Do you have a history of these transactions in your account where it says they are paid to FB or they just disappeared? In other words - what invoices do you have from FB? Facebook makes an invoice each time they charge you.
Yes, I talked to my credit card provider. They said Facebook paid back the money. My bank had nothing to do with it and my credit card is also fine. FB sent me the receipts via email. Then they took the money from my credit card and the same day they paid it back and my account got deactivated because of payment issues. I filled out the form about why my location and bank are in different countries etc. I did that got my account reactivated, ran ads, got it deactivated again and after filling out the form again I got my ad account reactivated again. I repeated that cycle now 3 or 4 times.
Facebook now wants 13$ from me so that I can run ads again.
All the other refunded payments have a green light next to them and it says "refunded".
Do you operate through a business manager account or personal account only?
First of all, if I were you I'd look the other way and keep running. If they "forgot" to charge you, oh well..
Now with that said what you described is very common and it happens when Facebook automatically deactivates an account esp in the beginning of its life that is very "sensitive". Usually you can get back those easy with one or two appeals because they have not been permanently deactivated from neg.social feedback.
This is what temporary deactivation looks like

and this is permanent deactivation

And if they indeed "forgot" to charge you which can happen in rare occasions I seriously doubt they'll come back to do so. They are dealing with millions of revenue every day, you are way too small of a fish to fry
from my experience, your account will be flagged for permanent deactivation soon.
I just got one temporary deactivated account re-activated.
Before I tried to start 2 ppe-campaigns on that account but they didn't get approved
and the account got deactivated.
The account must be flagged.
As the accounts are in my business manager which is connected to my personal profile I'm wondering
why it should make a difference using a new ip address, cc, etc. when Facebook knows they all come
from the same profile.
If the business manager accounts are attached to your personal account, you don't need a new IP adress, but yes you need to use new payment methods.
Does sharing a pixel from a banned account cause problems in the new account?
