Woot woot!! That's a good start! Thanks for posting your results!
Is this a campaign you're still running? If you'd like some feedback please feel free to provide more details.
Again - thanks and congrats!

Thanks @vortex and @khzidan. This campaign has ended, and revenue continues to trickle in.
I'm curious about revenues and higher payouts: would it make sense to increase the daily budget early on in the campaign to get more leads per day quicker, and be in a better position to ask for a higher payout sooner?

Of course!
No matter whether you're still testing, or already scaling, getting more traffic would be good - it would allow you to either optimize your campaign faster (if you're not yet profitable) or make more profits (if you're already profitable).
The only reason I could think of where it would be a good idea to limit your budget or otherwise throttle traffic, would be if you don't have the time to monitor your stats closely and/or if the traffic is coming in too fast for you to optimize in time. For example if you're getting a lot of traffic and only have time to check stats once a day, if you don't throttle/limit traffic, you will over-run landers/offers/placements etc. long after you should have cut/paused them.
And we haven't even talked about asking for higher payouts yet - that would be another bonus.

Thanks for the detailed answer, Amy! Things are starting to click and make sense now.
You mention instances when an affiliate is limited in the number of times they can access their stats. Say, for example, they are on a long flight, or can only access their mobile phone and the Voluum app. Would it be better for the affiliate to throttle the budget or pause the campaign entirely?

That's what I would do!
I ALWAYS specify a maximum daily budget on my campaigns. You just never know.
Even without considering out-of-the-blue accidents that could happen, new placements can pop up (no pun intended!) to zap the entire account balance before you even wake up in the morning. Been there done that not fun.
Another security measure is I try not to deposit large amounts into a traffic network account at one time. I'd rather make a 4-figure deposit every couple of days instead of a 5-figure deposit to last me longer. That way, worst case scenario if I get my account banned for any reason, the loss would be more bearable.
I normally don't like to dwell on negative possibilities - but I'd put in safety measures that would make me feel safe and secure, and that way I'd never need to think "what if....?"

Started getting a lot of traffic from new placements today. I'm glad I read this just in time!!
