How responsive is your Taboola rep?
This is kind of strange from their end. They've given me a new rep recently and early on he was overly enthusiastic. Literally wanted to get on a call ASAP. Sent me multiple reminders.
However, as some have passed, he has gone pretty dry. Sometimes he completely ignores my emails, including the texts. Recently I had to get in touch with the standard Taboola campaigns team for a question and they forwarded my email to him. That was the time when he finally responded.
Have you guys face something similar? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
P.S I am not a small client. I've spent more than 6 figures with them.

Have you tried asking him directly on why he is not answering to your messages? Just as direct and simple as it can be.
Sometimes some reps prioritize their communication based on the actual spent of a marketer. Maybe you need to remind him that unless he helps you get the assistance you need, you won't be able to scale up your ad spent which by the end of the day is more business for them.

Hey Grandsp, this is a frustrating situation.. I agree with Platinum, try to directly ask him what's going on.. In my opinion, If you have spend over 6 figures with them, they should give you better service..
Also, do you usually communicate via email? or do they also use skype, I find it much easier to communicate with my managers through IM platforms..
My final advice would be to request a new Rep...
