How to run a multi geo offer? Start with all countries or select one first?

Hey Guys & Gals

I'm about to run a CC campaign. The payout is $3 and subject/angle is something I could work with. The offer can run on 14 LATAM countries, so in regard to the landing page, I don't need to translate to several languages.

So my question is:

Is it best to run/buy traffic to all 14 countries and see which country/countries perform best and cut the bad countries OR Shall I select only one country to find winner landing page and then run on other countries? (IF selecting one country first, based on which credentials/data shall I choose which country to run first? Based on Adplexity I've seen people run them in Peru & Ecuador first for some days)

Thanks in advanced!

Since the offer is a CC submit, it will be much harder to convert compared to PIN submit or SOI offer.
I think your best choice here would be to get some information from your manager first. Like, offer conversion rate by country, epc by country, volume by country and so on. This way you will be able to make some initial calculations and start out with one of the best performing countries. If the offer shows some potential and revenue gives you room to scale to other countries as well, then you're good to go.

I tried this some time ago, with LPs that were easy to understand so I could cover several GEOs too... just basic stuff with an "ENTER HERE" CTA ... so really nothing that needed localization.

The result was quite a mess, it was way harder to analyze the data when I had traffic from several GEOs in one campaing, so don't do this.

Another problem was, that the same LP showed different performance in various GEOs ... people simply do not respond the same all over the world.

SO, what I would suggest to do ... start in several GEOs if you wish and you are certain that you can handle all the data ... but do this just to find the most promising GEOs. Then focus on them one by one and try to optimize each of them separately.

I would do a combination of what's suggested by platinum and matuloo:

Start by testing countries that have the best stats (according to AM), testing landers for each (same landers in respective languages). If you can't at least at close to breaking even or better, chances are you'd have difficulty getting the other geos profitable as well (i.e. I would try another offer altogether in that case).

Then, if I see that 1-2 landers are consistently performing well for the initial few countries, I may decide to just use those couple landers to test the rest of the geos. This is a bit of a gamble of course - basically to save some test budget, I'm assuming that just because those landers are performing well for the first few countries, that they will do well in other countries also. But I believe the risk is worth it, if the same landers have shown promise for several countries - especially if those countries have very different cultures.

Then, for geos that show promise, I would test more landers to see if I could increase performance.
