Voluum click link goes to 404 or wrong offer, anyone facing it too?

Hi All,

Anyone facing click link issue?

- is in mobile -
it works when i used safari mobile browser, but when i click the campaign tracking link directly in skype, the lp works, but it goes to error 404 page or wrong offer instead of showing the right offer. I tried with a few phones. it keeps giving the same result

Your tracker click link needs to have your campaign’s tracking information in order to work correctly.
So when accessing your landers using your campaign link (not lp link), the missing click information will be automatically filled by Voluum and send the visitor to the designated offer. On the other hand, if you directly browse your lander (using lp link), such information will not be present and you’ll end up getting an error 404.

Keep present that sometimes cache may play some naughty games giving us false results. So to properly test your campaign links, always clear your browsers cache or open your camp links in private browsing.

Thanks Platinum. Im using the campaign tracking link. I'm just thinking is it because is within an apps. therefore, is not showing right. because i can see Android web view is giving really bad conversions to 0 conversions

I read that you are already using the campaign tracking link.. So, if this only happens in your android browser, try resetting your browser and clearing everything (as suggested by Platinum), then try to open the link again in your android.
If the problem continues, then contact Voluum's support (it can very well be an issue on their side), they usually answer within 24 hrs in my experience.

Maybe the offer blocks this user agent by default? Not very likely, but worth checking it out.

Maybe some problem with skype parsing links correctly to the android browser?

Or really just a caching problem related to the borwser.

Were you able to identify the problem?

Did you set a country in that campaign? Possible it’s dumping all traffic outside of that geo
