First off, STM is the shit!!!! This is my first day using these forums and I am loving it completely! So much value.
So I have been trying to make adult dating offers work for about the last 5 months with little success. I have been able to generate conversions but I can never seem to get in the green. After reading around these forums today, I can see that it comes down mostly to testing. But what is the biggest factor in my campaigns that I should be testing? What makes most of the difference?
Is it the ad angle? Or the image of the woman? Or is it the landing page? The headline on the LP? I guess what I am asking is what should I be focusing on the most if I want to get profitable?
What should be the first thing I do when I swipe? Should I immediately make changes to the ad/LP? Sorry for the 21 questions lol.

I believe @matuloo will add more insights, as he is the man for adult, but here is what I found out while doing bit of adult (CODs):
Creatives and landing pages are number 1 and 2.
I find that even when I have a good landing page, but the creative attracts the wrong audience, then it will not work (high CTR, doesn't mean the banner is good to sell).
Reason number 3 to success were the placements.
Finding a good quality placement that generates conversions an flip the campaign in the green and bring extremely high ROIs.
The downside is that the volume goes lower as you start focusing only on these placements.
But still, quality over quantity.
These are just my 2 cents, other people might have different opinions.

I read it somewhere that targeting Women with an image of Men works better. I personally have never tried it but based on the conversation it seems that targeting Women is working better than targeting men.
So you wanna try that.
While I’m sure there is an adult offer out that accepts female traffic, 99.9999% will want male clicks. Adult dating is essentially a porn site scam wrapped as dating
But yes, I’d expect men for a female specific offer would work best.
Hello, let me share my thoughts too 
There are 2 parts to the puzzle :
1. The offer
2. The funnel
While you can convert some users even with a shitty funnel, you certainly won't get any conversions with a DEAD offer. So in a way, you could say that the most important part is a Solid Offer.
When it comes to the funnel :
1. The image of the woman (women) is the most important ... especially on the banner. It's not just the looks, it's the type of the female, the pose, the settings. This is where you establish the communication with the customer.
2. Angle and the LP comes next ... strong angle both on the banner and LP will help you to target better and sell better.
In the end, all the elements must be solid ... image, layout, angle, LP ... but you have to focus more on some than on the others. For example the banners burn out fast, LPs can last way longer, so you will spend way more time on creating new banners than LPs.
