So I have been running this dating offer the last 3 weeks, cutting LPs and Banners, and now I finally got very close to either breakeven or barely to positive ROI. I messaged my AM asking to check the leads and for a pay bump. She responded back that the advertiser's feed back on the quality is pretty bad. "ROI is low. what makes it bad is your leads don't come back or register as a customers, etc...they don't spend money for the offers for example"
What is the best way to approach this? How would I be able to improve these leads? I can't imagine all of the leads I am providing is all bad, right? I am sending about 10-15 conversions a day, not a whole lot to some, but it seems quite an accomplishment for me (though I am trying to find ways to increase that but having some difficultly).

It’s always good to ask for more information around what demographic typically drives higher quality leads, e.g Females 35+.
If you are already targeting the right demographic then it could be your angle that is off. In that case I would ask once again what kind of angles typically driver higher quality leads.
The advertiser has all your answers. And since your affiliate manager is playing the middleman role it’s their responsibility to give pass on information from the advertiser so you can do what you do best.
