When I choose the product from mobedia based on Day 2 of 40 Days beginner. I follow up every steps and this is my result nothing in while I lose my traffic paid as propellerads. By the way, should i choose popads and should i next time decide the revenue of my offer and my bid is higher than 2.33

It can be anything really ... bad offer, bad (or none) LP, bad traffic source, poor placements, BOT traffic ... impossible to tell now, cause you didn't provide any information that could help me identify your problem.

I think it's not per se a traffic source, offer or placement. Based on your topics I am not quite sure if you know what you are doing. It's quite hard to give direction to that, but I guess it's a matter of lots of reading, stay calm and check every step your are taking double so you don't miss anything.

Please tell me what I did wrong
First of all, you need to test many, many offers if you want to find profits. Direct-linking to carrier-billing offers is only a tool for learning, because it is easy to do, to get your first conversions. It would be difficult to expect consistent profits from this type of set up if you're running on well-known, competitive pop networks, because pop traffic has become too competitive.
Right now, the goal is to LEARN. We want to find an offer that doesn't lose too much money, that can generate some conversions, so you can learn how to optimize campaigns.
After you have some practice, you can try testing offers with landing pages - your chances of making profits will be greater with landing pages.
It is natural to lose money in the beginning. Many people lose at least several thousands of dollars before they can make consistent profits. Some never get to that point. You need to look at the money you spend as an investment for buying data.
However: We want to minimize the money we lose. For direct-linking to carrier-billing offers, the key is spend a little bit of money on testing each offer. If an offer doesn't convert well in the beginning, stop, and test another offer.
I would say that if you don't get at least one conversion in the first 5x payout in spend, you should stop running the offer. (For example, if the offer payout is $1, then if you've spent $5 without a conversion, stop.)
So, what's the payout of your offer? You're bidding at $2.33, correct? If so, that means you've spent $2.33 x 30k impressions = $70. If that's a low-payout offer, then you've definitely spent too much.
You'll need to test more offers. A LOT more. Try 10, 20, 30, 40 - until you find 1-2 offers that convert at -50% ROI or better. Then post some stats and we'll look at optimization.

In these words there are the truth about marketing and affiliate. The problem is that, for beginners (like me), it's very depressing to see money go away.
We need to look money we spend as an investment, but ... sometimes it's really hard to keep pushing on.

Take a step back and have that helicopter view. See what your strong points are and exploit them. See what things you needs to improve and read about it, ask questions and test! Step by step your ROI will become better and better, and one day you might hit the sweetspot with some patience.

With that amount of traffic you could barely test 1-2 low payout offers.
Pop traffic is cheap so I assume 10k or 30k visits costed you $50 or less.
It's normal if your first 2 campaigns are bad. In fact it's normal if your first 20 campaigns are bad also, so just keep testing and plan according to your monthly budget.
Also since it seems you're running a 3G pin submit offer make sure you're getting traffic from the selected carriers with Voluum.
