These are USA cards issued by a major USA bank. This BIN sees millions/month in WH FB spend, so when you run with this you're essentially hiding in plain site - in other words it has a great risk score in FB's eyes. KYC to get this was very long and very painful, I'd be shocked if any other affiliates or card services have access to it.

Availability:
I'm interested in working with established people who have a real need for the service. To start I'd like to onboard 3-5 new pubs and see how it goes.
Risk:
