Finding a VPN to match CC address?

What do you guys use for this technique?

Method I use is renting out mailbox forwarding in locations in or around my VPN location.

Search a number of proxy providers and see what cities they offer and try to get the closest?

I'm having the same issue at the moment though because I'm from the UK so the city choice is much more limited.

rich - have you tried grabbing a mobile data only SIM card and a dongle? You can just top-up with credit when you need more data, and it should be location independent.

I haven't tried it, but I can't see how Facebook could ban people using dongles.

I haven't tried making accounts with one but I found one out because my gf has one on contract when we didnt have the internet so will deffo try it before that runs out - it seems a good method to get by.

Thats weird.. I've never been banned for having a different IP from my CC address.

Did they send you an email warning about this?

Wow, that is a shock. Like a lot of people, my LLC is incorporated in Nevada and that's my business mailing address, but I live on the other side of the country. You seriously just can't give them a second "home address" to make the problem go away?

Polarbacon's solution is classy... But that dongle thing might work if you're in a budget

Yeah, I think I'll be using Clear Wireless Internet (4G mobile hotspots).

Great tutorial by PB but seriously guys??? Just go out and buy a wireless dongle costs £15 a month if you live in the UK and you get 1GB of use per month from it.

I use one to manage a couple adwords accounts and have even got a fb account this week up to a 2k spending limit using a dongle. You geta new IP from a pool of millions everytime you connect and most importantly of all it looks like an ISP IP not a VPN or Proxy. Problem solved.

hmmm...no.....did that.....lost accounts due to it.....as what can happen in the states is your dynamic ip can be from VA meanwhile I live in CT....then the next time I log in my IP is from PA..,..(btw had this happen many times)...also there is no guarantee you don't get the same ip when you disconnect reconnect...(happened to me as well)

But seriously darkforces having a static ip means no issues.....thats why I put up the guide...

Glad to hear its working for you....but it could just be a UK thing.....or you could just be lucky.....

Yeah, I would imagine in the US, Mobile Networks have to break down their IP ranges based on States (cos it's such a big frickin country). In the UK, each Mobile Operator basically just allocates a pool of addresses for the UK as a whole, and it doesn't get any more granular in terms of location.
