how to connect LP with voluum (2)

Hello,
one more question:
i have some landing pages, Voluum and my cloud server.
When i upload the LP on the cloud server how to add them in Voluum for properly tracking and should i put some {tockens} or no?
Also my voluum is still on the default domain - should i change it to custom domain or this doesnt matter?
