Wifi traffic on mobile campaigns

Hello to everyone,
I have a question about a mobile offer that forks both with 3g and Wifi, like this:

If I have an offer like this, wifi targets must still have one of the carriers accepted by the 3g offer?
And if yes, how can I generate traffic following those criteria? For exemple on PropellerAds if I chose the "wifi" option I can't obviously select the carrier used by the device. In this case, is it better to target only 3g? In fact I also read that wifi doesn't even convert well

Thank you very much

Hello!

If you have WIFI traffic you won't be able to check what carrier user has.

The best way to run 2 campaigns: one for 3G and one for WIFI.
After that you will understand which traffic works better for your current offer. Actually if offer doesn't accept all carriers, but this carrier is very popular, it's absolutely ok to run WIFI traffic, cause a bit part of users can be subscribed. So only tests.

Thank you very much for helping, so I'll try resting out the wifi campaign and I'll se if it is convenient or not.

Yes. Just try and after test you can make an opinion should you run WIFI or buy only 3G.

In my experience, it's virtually impossible to make carrier billing offers profitable on wifi traffic... the conversion flow is more complicated than on 3G connection. I wouldn't even bother with testing wifi on such offers. Test Orange and Vodafone instead.

Yeah I read that was hard to convert on wifi and that it was pretty unuseful to run mobile campaigns on it.
Thank you very much

^ THIS.

In the beginning I would set up multiple camps - one for each carrier accepted and one for wifi. But I found out after quite a lot of offers, that it's as matuloo has observed above.

So - thereafter - I would always start testing these offers with carrier traffic - only if an offer is profitable on the carrier traffic, would I even bother to test wifi (if the offer accepts wifi as well).
