Anyone know of a reliable network that still has US Diet Cap preferably with offers that use US mids? My normal networks have pretty much nothing right now, apparently a lot of offers are having MID issues this year.
We are having the exact same issue, not only with diet but also skin and ED. Not sure if this is going to last for long or not, but it looks like our best option right now is to test straight sale offers.
This is not a short-term issue. Start testing/optimizing straight sales ASAP.
