Question: High CTR but converting? (3)

Very high CTR is usually suspicious indeed ... but what we are looking at here is WINRATE, that's not CTR. It means how often you were the highest bidder for specific targeting ... if you are the highest bidder and you don't have any frequency cap, you can indeed get almost 100% of the traffic. It shouldn't be higher than 100% though ... not sure how Voluum dsp works in detail, so maybe they have an explanation for the 100%+ winrates ... ask their support.
One way or another, you usually don't want that high winrate anyways ... 30% is pretty much a healthy range to move around, 50% if the traffic is really good and you have many ads in rotation.

just smaller number of them but what concerning me is 2 of these high CTR widgets are converting!

Its not anything unusual, it's never 100% bot or 100% legit traffic, it's always some kind of a mix.
