Is it possible to create cabs with the old interface? I hate the new manager. Previously, there was a button to "use the old version". Now its gone. The new version is just shit for me and I do not want to use it

What's your new version?

Facebook updates things out of the blue and rolls it out over time to their accounts, and you have like 3-4 different dashboard versions in ad accounts. I've looked through all my ad accounts, and nothing has changed for me lately. Could be that your new version is something most people have had for a while...

Or could be the ads manager and power editor merger FB's been bringing up since last summer...

The new one is the one where they pushed ads manager and power editor together - creating hybrid version of it, no power editor option and green button:
