Creating a new FB account - proxy?

Hey guys,

I just had my first $5k account banned and am reading posts here about how to get a new one using VCC's, etc. One thing I'm not sure about though is using a proxy...

- Do I need to use one at all? (most important question
- If so, is that only for creating the account or every time I access it?
- Can anyone recommend a good private proxy service?

If I use a Verizon 4G hot spot, won't I have a new IP address every time I connect to the internet? Is that a solution?

Thanks for your help!

well its getting tougher and yes you need a new ip....and you need a new user....preferably a new pc....or run vmware....

or the other option is to get a vpn that is local ip wise to your CC...

but you need to look legit....

I was able to get a second account really easy. But the 3rd and 4th have been slapped down hard.

Will it work if you create account while at the McDonalds down the street? (And use an API tool for all of your campaign work?)

Thanks, guys.

I'm on a Mac, so you're saying I need to create a new user account on my actual computer in addition to the IP address and everything else? What if I'm able to get an agency account? Will I still get flagged for not using a new machine and everything?

Again, much appreciated.

Yupp that'll work. But you have to make sure your windows is reinstalled. Fb has javascript cookies and those stay in your computer, unless you can find a program to erase all that.

install vmware fusion to create virtual machines on your mac, I've just started doing that and it's pretty impressive piece of kit. You'll need to find a copy of windows/osx to install on it... cough torrent cough...

windows has alternatives too, think it's called virtual box or something.

vmware was on windows for yeeeeeears before it came out Mac, it's cheap too for what you can do with it.

Really? I think i tried installing the right program, but my computer had an error with it.

What was the name of it?

I personally think facebook go after people using proxies. If a user is legit they shouldn't be using proxies. Proxies are also easily detectable if you know what you are doing. Best way I think is to use a wireless dongle with 1gb of bandwidth on it. This will give you a new ip from a pool of millions everytime you log in. Also you will need to remember to clear your flash cookies and normal cookies if you are using the same PC.

A good way to remove and prevent flash cookies from being placed on your PC is this

Enjoy

Instead of using vmware/Parallels/Fusion, can't you just create a new user account? This is pretty straightforward on a Mac (and easy on Windows too I would imagine). Surely none of the cookies and things are copied across to the second user?

Then, can't you just switch between user accounts when you want to work in Facebook (also switching to your mobile dongle at the same time)?

I'm gonna get a wireless dongle and install windows back onto an old PC of mine, and every time I make another account re install windows or something. But can I not also use my verizon wifi tether, as the original post asked? Would it not be a fresh IP each time? What are the next best options? VPN? Block of static IP's from ISP? I've had back luck when using proxies, accounts never lasted, so I won't be going that route again.

What about using virtual XP for windows 7. Will that work as "fresh computer"?
