I’m running a campaign with advert that wouldn't set up FB pixel no matter what.
Tried to use
Yet, it doesn't work for me.
my set-up on this one:
1. 'mobile only' campaign
2. LP url (my pre-lander) in FB Ad (direct domain link, not
3. LP itself is what contains voluum’s url (campaign that has the offer direct-linked)
What’s wrong here?
Does this voluum's solution work for mobile at all? (considering cookies needed etc)
Maybe its obligatory to have voluum url in FB Ad in order for Pixel redirect URL to work?
i'm lost here, if someone has similar experience, please share.

When exactly you want fb pixel to fire? Conversion on network, right? Assuming that network supports postback reporting, you can use that to fire facebook pixel also. There are quite many ways to accomplish this mission, all of them require coding experience.
If you don't know how to exactly do this, just hire someone, like this guy did:
