not cloaking or doing anything strange, first time account. just used a colleague's paypal account to fund since my company's has been closed for years. this colleague happens to be in another country. i didn't know this was going to be an issue otherwise i would not have used their paypal. is there a way to get popads to clear/approve the deposit ASAP (already messaged their support;

I believe a confirmation email from your friend, using the same email address linked with his paypal account should fix the issue.
I once had $500 stuck trying to deposit into PopAds through Paypal. But it was Paypal that was pending the payment, not PopAds. You need to call them both to find out what is going on. Paypal doesn't have a call center though, you will need to file a ticket or something. Also contact bank while you are at it.
Send them support ticket, or go for a paypal dispute. Good luck

If contacting popads or paypal doesn't resolve the issue, you could try doing a chargeback if you paid by credit card. Basically you paid for merchandise/service you never received. I've done that in the past with success.

Pretty common sense not to cross accounts with non-account holder funding methods. Most sources are careful with that.
