Tracking Tokens not showing up for Mobidea offers in Voluum

The offers I have been running from Advidi and Clickdealer are working fine in Voluum as it shows me which Banner ADs the conversions are coming from.

Yesterday I have added offers from Mobidea but it wouldn't show me that exact detail. It is all grouped up as "Unknown." Anybody know why that is? Thanks!

Is it the same traffic source? And do you have the traffic source setup correctly in Voluum ... screenshot would help What is the BLPName toekn configured to pass?

I am using the same traffic source, Traffic Junky, and it is setup correctly with their tokens. Here is a snip of the TJ settings in Voluum:

Why isn't this setup not working with Mobidea when it does with Advidi and ClickDealer?

Could you please share how did you set up tracking with Mobidea? Especially Mobidea offer's link.

This is strange! I can't figure out how your traffic source tokens would have ANYTHING to do with Mobidea.

Are you sure you're running offers from other aff networks at the same time period you're experiencing this issue?

I would suggest rotating offers from both Mobidea and another network in the same campaign, and running a little bit of traffic to it, just to rule out the aff network as the cause of the issue.

It really does look to me to be a problem with Traffic Junky. Where did you set up the BLP values? Within your campaign settings on TJ? I would suggest double-checking there (or wherever it was that you've specified the values for that token).

You seem to have set up the tokens correctly. And like I mentioned above, I really don't think it's caused by Mobidea.

Do let us know what you find out please! This is baffling.

Ah, you don't need to use the BLP token in TJ, just stick to the first 3 and then use the AD token to sort the reports in Voluum.

hey guys, it ended up being an error on my end. For some reason the tokens wasn't in the URL i entered in TJ. Once I included the tokens, it started to work. A newbie mistake

The tokens should be added to the url automatically by Voluum though ... one idea that might have been the cause ... is it possible that you created the campaigns in TJ and THEN made some changes to the Voluum setup? In case of a change, you need to take the new links from voluum and replace the old ones that you used at the traffic sources.
