we are running nutra on FB, have been spending over 20K dollars past serveral months. have been using quite several sources, really ice and fire experience.
There are many kinds of accounts: credit card, invoice, BM2500.
Some give you many restrictions: can't do adult, can't do fake news, must use TV, must check your LP, creatives. blabla....
If you are using Vietnum accounts, after you pay, it's very important to use the fund ASAP, some delay might lead to forever silence from the counterpart, they don't talk with you anymore, no more ads accounts, no refunding, no communication at all, we have encounter one guy recently: CEO | IT | Mr.Nam Hoang(skype:namhoang1302), took us at least USD1500.
of course, there are still some good suppliers there. But need big luck before you "meet" one or two.
Payment is also a problem if you pay USD, it arrive 2 days or you have to pay quite a lot before weekends in case you can continually keep you ads running. Good thing for us is we have friends in Vietnam, who can help us transfer money almost instantly.

We use Vietnam FB accounts to run nutra as well. Works good but, lol, yes very important to use the fund ASAP.

i've tried using vietnam accounts only to get scammed.
My understanding is that 95%+ of these guys are not legit. I can not say from personal experience, only passing along what verified successful folks have shared with me.
There are very very few vietnamese guys who are legit. And many are legit from the start, but dissapear after a while. I said f*ck it and atm, in the process of getting own set up.
