Anyone having CTR issues with adxpansion?

Its an adult ad network, I was running CPM with a ctr of 4% on USA traffic and it was steady for a couple of days and then one day it just drops to .2% ctr and is doing the same thing for all new banners I make. Is this normal for them?

4% CTR is what I was achieving

Yes I had issues with them, they literally stole my LP and campaigns.

How did you know it was them cloning the campaign?

I have ran some stuff there and it died pretty quickly.

Also , were you running CPC or CPM?

Oooops I'm sorry, I've just realized my mistake.
I had issues with Adperium, not with Adxpansion.
Please excuse me for the confusion
