Communities of passionate fans allow you to research and develop a product you know people will buy.
You can start with relevant affiliate products and then move dropshipping, white label, or custom products.
Communities provide consistency and long term value. And potentially can be sold for a significant sum.
But, they can be very difficult and time consuming to build
