Getting FB pixels to fire can be a PITA.

I'd suggest you take it back a step and see if you can get the affiliate network to fire the FB pixel.
Couple of key points:
1/ Networks have a few ways they can integrate an offer, if they are relying solely on S2S pixels then it's not going to work (the FB pixel needs to be fired client side and many network offers will integrate server side).
2/ If your AM confirms that the offer is integrated via iframe/client side pixels then you need to add the FB pixel in full into the network. I know this works in Cake (see the offer cards 'tracking and testing' panel) BUT important to note Cake will not support you adding BOTH pixel methods here (ie. Postback URL (Server Pixel) AND Pixel HTML). So you would have to add your FB pixel in the Pixel HTML box and then rely on manual conversion uploads if you want to get your data into

when it comes to the sending payout value back to your traffic source (in this case Facebook) with the postback/pixel, you need to be sure that they can receive this kind of value.
As far as I know, FB is not supporting any additional values in their tracking pixel.
