No conversion ,can somebody help me point out what's the problem
I posted an ad on facebook with the goal of converting. There are currently 615 clicks, but none of my products have been purchased yet. There are 16 customers add to cart, of which 2 have clicked checkout, and fill in the address information. My product page address is https://www.innovaget.com/products/z...-brush-cleaner. Please look at my product page, pointed out why no conversion. Since facebook's traffic is 90% mobile traffic, I intercepted a my product page of mobile.
my facebook ad report .

Screenshots of my product on mobile.

That can be one of the issues. People are adding to cart, reach the checkout page but have no PayPal account...
Consider adding more payment options.

Looks like a promising product, for sure - your clickthroughs from Facebook are really solid, and whilst the adds to cart are lower than might be ideal, you're still getting a fair number.
One issue is the quality of the English on your description, which might well be causing the lack of purchases. You have lots of errors in grammar - they reduce readability, but more importantly reduce the extent to which people trust your site. And if people don't trust the site, they won't get their credit cards ( or Paypal passwords) out.
I'd recommend getting the description edited as a matter of top priority: you may well find that alone fixes the issue.

ecomm is all about the product. if you have a lot of add to carts and no sale its because the product is not in line with the audience you are targeting.
try with some abandoned cart emails to get them to make a purchase, offering steeper and steepers discounts with each email. if that doesnt work, start testing out other products. always use video ads (which it seems you are doing).

I followed caurmen's suggestion and changed the description of the product. But since my English is not very good, I just copied a product description from a more credible website. After changing the description of the product, the percentage of my add to cart has risen, but still only 3.15%. The ratio of 3.15% is still very low. please look at my product page and give some advice. The percentage of Website Checkouts Initiated increased significantly, reaching 40.66%, but the percentage of Website Adds of Payment Info is still very low, only 32.43%, and the final payment of only 2 people, only 16.67%, please go through my site The entire payment process and point out if my website check out process has a big mistake.
