Buzzcity problem

Hello,

I created campaign on buzzcity and direct linking to neverblue and got some problems. In Buzzcity platform were tons of clicks for which I was charged but in neverblue there are not listed 1 click from buzzcity. Anyone had similar problem with them?

They have 75-85% click discrepancy from my past campaigns.

LOL, not listed 1 click? Are you sure your link is correct?

download the clicklog in Buzzcity. It shows you where the clicks came from.Compare that with your offer at neverblue. If the clicks came from a source that is not allowed in the offer, neverblue would have filtered it out. If that is the case, check your settings in your campaign. Just one option.

Also check if you have any clicks to NB International Redirect.
