Using Adbuyer to find networks that would work well with Skin (both UK and US), but I'm getting very low CTR's from my LP's to my offers (considerably lower than Pulse, FB Cloaking, etc.)--which makes me question the traffic quality I'm getting.
Any recommendations as how I should streamline my process? Thus far, I've tried Audience Scores and Manual Targeting.
EDIT: Looks like CPX Interactive has been performing pretty bad for me.
