Propeller traffic but no Mobidea/Voluum stats (5)

Hi to you.
My name is Michael. This is my first week on the forum. Thanks in advance for the help.

I am on Day 5 of Amy's tutorial: Mobidea offer on Propeller Ad traffic. I am tracking impressions on Propeller but Voluum and Mobidea show nothing.

Can you tell me what link you entered into the campaign at propeller?

A screenshot of that particular campaign setup in Voluum could help too.

Hey!

Definitely the postback link and the offer's link are correct. You could also try to use only your domain and insert in in Global Postback section choosing "Voluum", just the part "track.michaelpuetttracking.club". Then the postback will be set automatically and the offers' links will be automatically changed.

But Matuloo noticed it right, seems like the error is not on the side of Mobidea postback settings, but on the traffic source. We'd need to see how does the campaign link looks like when you set it on the side of propeller.

By the way - remember that you can ask our team to make a test conversion before actually running traffic, to make sure the tracking works well.

Hm, I thought there might be some problem with the domain setup, but when I opened the link in my browser, I landed on some TH offer ... so looks like it works.

Are you sure you're checking the right time frame?
