I use smartlinks for dating. Is there a similar solution for pin erotic content?

Sure. Many networks have smartlinks that will rotate adult carrier billing -- Mobidea, BitterStrawberry and Kimia all come to mind. Of those three, Kimia's is the most transparent, in that you can see full stats for the rotation, but they're all worth a test if that's what you're looking for.

Some more are brokerbabe, mobusi, firstmobilecash ... the best is to test bunch of them and see where you reach the best results.

Will this work? I read somewhere that on dating you can not use your landings, but on the other verticals this can be a waste of money if you send everything to the partner network

Not sure where this info comes from, you actually have to use LPs in dating, otherwise it's not gonna work for sure. Sometimes, there are offers that already have landers built in, so that has a chance of success... but using your own landers is pretty much the norm in adult.

Truth to be told, QUALITY landing pages will pretty much always improve your revenues and profits, across basically all the verticals.

Clickdealer, Mobusi, Yeahmobi and a few others also have their smartlinks (adult/mainstream) as well for dating and other verticals.
As Matuloo said, you'll need to use pre-landers although with smartlinks is more difficult as you don't know which offer is going to end up showing most of the times.

Try starting with generic landers that would apply to the vertical and analyse that.
