Testing offers

After researching AM it seems when you are starting out the key things is to test, test, test your banners and LP's until you find a winner. I was thinking that there is value is hiring someone from upwork to help with the design of LP and banners.

I would find several offers I wanted to work, go to the virtual asst. (VA) and ask them to create 5 to 10 banners, 2 to 3 LP's. then I could upload them to my site for testing after reviewing with the VA.

It just seems you can take several hours creating each of them and I would rather spend time learning traffic sources and/or finding offers to promote.

There is a ton of affiliates with the same idea ... delegate the work to others, cash the money It's not working that way, you need to put your creativity in. You can use outsourced "work", but make sure you tell those people what you expect, how to do it, how to execute your ideas.

In the end, you have to learn all the parts of the biz, not just the traffic part ... you need to understand what sells and you need to pass this on to the people who are gonna prepare your creatives too.

As Matuloo said, you shall learn how to do it yourself.

You will save money and time (!), because at the end hiring an assistant won't be much faster - there are thousands of them on Upwork, you need time to choose one, be sure that he will get what you mean, be sure he will do it on time, etc. Much more complicated, than getting into it yourself.

If there is some point you feel stuck at, forum members are gonna help you here
