Hey Guys,
There are a lot of "novelty" languages on Facebook, and I'd like to know if anyone knows how to target for "Leet Speak". It doesn't show up when I type it in on the Languages field.

It's pretty obvious that this would be an awesome way to target gamers and nerds.

Hey ATG, not sure if you figured this out in the meantime, but some preliminary digging reveals that Leet Speak is classified as in beta by Facebook -- and it looks like beta languages can't be targeted.
Take a look at the language options on your account settings page -- clicking the "English" link on the bottom left reveals the full language list. If you hover over each language, you'll see an indication of which are in beta.
You'd still have to use proper grammar in your ad. So if you wanted to write your ad in Leet Speak, I highly doubt it would get approved, but who knows. It's worth a test if you figure out a way to target that language.
