Likelihood of recovering personal account? Starting e-com

I had my personal ads account banned instantly some 4 years ago when I'd tried to run to a dummy page as my first campaign.

I'd really like to get it back to so I can setup some whitehat e-com campaigns.

Or should I just setup an account under my business name? Or would that risk getting banned since it's associated with me? I'm so out of the loop.

I recently checked in on the account and it shows this

Which takes me to this:

There's no payment method listed in my account. I don't even remember what payment method I had used previously. It's possible it was my business partners card or paypal.

There's also no campaigns listed to respond to "Please provide a brief explanation of your current ad campaign".

It seems like there's a possibility of the account being re-enabled since there's nothing actually in my account to respond to?

Should I just respond with "I don't see any payment methods/campaigns in my account" etc ?

What was the dummy page? If that was something completely against policy, you might have no luck.

If it was a 404 type thing, a silly mistake, you can get the account back.

Either way, you should create a Business Manager account and use that to manage your business ad accounts.

Probably a health blog or something, it was so long ago I don't remember.

Will having myself as an admin for the business manager account while that same personal ad account is disabled be a red flag? I feel like I'm overthinking it, but again am super out of the loop.

edit: just tried to make a business manager account, says my payment account is disabled. So looks like I do have to get that remedied. I'm gonna trying emailing their support first
