Here's the secret formula: learn, learn, learn, try, try, try... Regroup. Learn, learn, learn. Work, work, work, learn, work, learn, work.

Not what a lot of people want to hear (myself included sometimes), but I think the sooner this is your reality, the sooner profits come along. The more time you spend looking for one tip to turn everything around the more you waste time that could be spent learning from what you've actually done.
