Does anyone know where can I get Thailand carrier IP range ? I tried ask my AMs seem none of them have this info. Perhaps anyone can share where I can look for this ? Thanks

Normally if an affiliate network doesn't have IP ranges in their data base, they still can contact advertisers and ask them to send the information. It's of affiliate network's interest to help you with precise targeting. So I'd advice you to talk to them again.
