Facebook Tracking Issues

I have a campaign running in the UK that I started yesterday. I seem to be getting a discrepancy but I can't figure out where the issue is.

I have beyondhosting, using CPVlab, direct linking, double meta refresh is off.

Here are the total stats between both days:

Facebook:
Clicks: 556
Spent: $151.56
CPC: .27

CPVlab:
Clicks: 628 (lots of fb reviewers maybe?)
Revenue: $193.20
EPC: .30

Network:
Clicks: 411
Revenue: $197.40
EPC: .48

I'm just wondering why the stats are so different. With my network epc being .48 and facebook clicks being 556, that would equal about $266. I can understand maybe a 10%-15% discrepancy because it's coming from another country but it looks like my click loss is around 25-26%.

Is this an average discrepancy? What else can I do to fix this? I already turned off double meta refresh in CPVlab so it's doing a direct redirect. It looks like CPVlab is getting the clicks but they aren't all getting to my affiliate network. I already ruled out the multiple clicks per IP, those stats are TOTAL clicks. Any ideas?

It is likely that:

1) The high # of clicks in CPVlab is the reviewers on top of the Facebook clicks
2) Of those 628 CPVlab clicks most of the reviewers would have been US based and thus bounced around the UK affiliate link (or is US traffic let through too?)
3) Of the 556 Facebook clicks it's common for 80-95% to show up network side, either due to people changing their minds, out-of-geo clicks, duplicate clicks and IPs/users who have already completed or done registrations at an offer in the past.

Wait for another day and use those stats when the reviewers aren't involved. If it continues to bug you ask your AM to check your stats and tell your what % duplicates and out-of-geo you have, may explain everything.
