Strange Click Loss Problem
I am running a pop under carrier campaign in Thailand, using clickAdu traffic source,
for some zones I saw a normal click loss:
clickadus reports 7k clicks, Voluum reports receive 6.2 k clicks
for a few other zones, I saw -80 ~ 95 % click loss,
ie. clickadus reports 1.2 k clicks, but Voluum only reports seeing 200 clicks
any hints on what could cause that ?

- What about the total clicks for the campaign, do you see the same discrepancy or things look normal when looking at the whole picture?
- Do you have clicks under "Undefined" on Voluum when you group by zone id? Maybe those missing clicks are not under those zones because the zone id was not sent correctly to Voluum and they finished under "undefined".
- Another reason can be that those are bot clicks, which are clicking and closing the page very quickly without even leaving time to the redirect to finish to your tracker.
Are you paying for all those missing clicks? Just thinking that maybe Clickadu is detecting those as bots as well and not making you pay for those.

Thanks Ervin, to answer your question, total clicks for the campaign is about 24k, reported by cliadu, Voluum reports seeing 13k , so the click loss is substantial. I checked the Voluum and I couldnt find the row 'Undefined' in voluum when grouped by zoneid. looks like there is no entry without zone id .
- bot is the first thing come into my mind, as the click loss is unevent. I am contacting cliadu support to see what do they say about it.

an update, cliadu support saying the average clickloss for TH is about 40 - 50%, so seems my case is "normal" to them

Hmm it is for sure out of any normal clicks loss rate. And you are paying for all of them?
