how to get more traffic on jumptap?

Hi everyone,

I have one offer running on jumptap and make about 20 bucks there this week. Not many $$.
I tried several methods to get more traffic but none of them works well. eg: I tried to submit more campaigns and more creatives for this offer. but traffic did not increase significantly. My bid is $.1(If I bid more then I won't make profits.) and my average CTR is .5%.

Is there anyone who can advice how to get more traffic on jumptap? Any advice will be appreciate.

Optimize your campaign by seeing what targeting is yielding you the highest results. Build another campaign with just that targeting and you should be able to bid higher and get more volume.

Thanks Russian. I did it. I copied the original campaign and shown ads only on targeted sites which converted(also on selected carriers and handsets). But I can not get much traffic on it. I only got 813 clicks this week and the ROI is 45%. Is there any other way to get more traffic except biding higher? I don't want to sacrifice ROI cause it is not high enough. Thanks again.

If by 45% ROI, you mean you are earning $1.45 for every $1 spent, then I would say that's pretty good. In fact, you can afford to sacrifice ROI if it means getting volume.

Look at it this way... would you rather spend $100 each day to make $145 (45% ROI), or spend $1000 to make $1300 (30% ROI) ?

I'd go for the latter every time.

I'm with nick. I already posted about ROI and volume (search for that thread). You'll see why its OK to let go of your ROI goals to get more volume.

Hi
The result:

17th-18th November, 15165 impression with 98 clicks, bid at $.1
21st-22nd November, 85147 impression with 376 clicks, bid at $.13

Though cost increased but EPC is even a little higher than before. Interesting. haha

Thanks for you guys advice.

Weird thing happened: After I submitted a new campaign with the same offer but not targeted the same, then the old ones can not get any traffic even though they bid higher. Can someone explain this? many thanks.
