PPV 60 Day Challenge - Make Monnies OR Die Trying

Hello Stack Dat Money Members

I've been a member so far for 3 days and got lots of great information so i thought i'll just jump up for a 60 day challenge.

My goal for this challenge is 200 / day.

Anyway I'll try keep this short and sweet so here is what am going to do

1- Traffic sources are Trafficvance display and Leadimpact with 1 K budget for each network.

2- Tracking with Cpvlab or prosper whatever doesn't really matter.

3- Will launch 1-2 Campaigns a day or maybe more but I'll try to make it 2 maybe and try focus on building landers and testing as much as possible.

4- Will build two landing pages for each campaign and direct link also if i feel its going to work. one lander with 4 variations testing 2 headlines and 2 call to actions and the second lander will be just totally different.

5- Will be running all verticals except Dating for personal reasons.

So that's pretty much it i'll start today posting my first two campaigns.

Pick 1 to start with, then when you have a campaign thats profitable and your ready to scale move to the other. LI seems to have more traffic these days.

CPVLab will give you more flexibility. Theres a $50 off coupon on the forum.

1 every single day is better then 2 some days and some days none. Gotta turn it into a habit.

Just do 2 landers and make thm very different, not tweaking the headline. Ie pick a different angle.

Then once you have an angle that works you can start optimizing the headlines, and copy.

My advice is to have a look around but then to stick with 1 vertical for at least 30 days.

Great start posting this follow along!

You can't be more right thank you tijn and thank you guys.

1- I already do leadimpact first for all of the campaigns then port to TV because i find leadimpact have more traffic at least for me .

2- I already have cpvlab and i use it, what i meant just to mention to some people that you have to get that fancy thing before you start just start with the options you have.

3- I'll run financial services i guess with leadimpact because i already had best of luck with this so far and maybe i'll run small payout offers like specific email subs like groupon for example.

Thank you again for help tijn.

Day 1

Okay first two campaigns up now in leadimpact waiting approval.

Campaign # 1

Campaign Name: Groupon vs Livingsocial with 1.30 Payout.

Network: EWA Network ( there are similar campaigns in other networks in peerfly but they look like hard to complete so i'll stick with the two offers from EWA ).

Method: Dlinking at least for now to see if it converts at all.

Targeting : pretty obvious, just targeted Groupon with variations using domain typos tool and same thing with Livingsocial.

Budget : $10 for Dlinking.

Campaign # 2

Campaign Name: Groupon UK Email Submit with 1.40 payout.

Network: EWA Network.

Method: Dlinking 30 % + Landing pages 70 % ( I tried this one before and it converts but couldn't get it profitable so i would like to try it again using landing page this time )

Targeting : Targeting coupon sites, groupon scrapped keywords ( Maybe LI won't notice some of them ) and daily deals sites in general. I also generated domain variations using the domain typos tool.

Budget : $10 for intial testing.

I'll try post some results today and build even more.

If anybody have any suggestion you're always welcome.

Regards

Virgin

So a quick update about first couple campaigns.

Nothing big this campaigns been running for couple hours i guess.

The Groupon vs Livingsocial :

Spent $5 direct linking only

leads = 0

So probably need to put up a simple landing page and personalize it something like poping for groupon related keywords with a landing page like vote for groupon in our daily deals contest maybe and get a $$$ gift card. same thing with living social.

Groupon UK

Spent so far 5.89

Revenue = 4.20

Direct Linking + 1 landing page with 4 variations

I just finished reading the daily deals guide and put up a landing page targeting people looking for restaurants with 2 variations and will get approval soon so i'll upload stats asap.

here are couple screenshots

I'll also post soon the day 2 campaign asap am working on it right now.

Regards

Virgin

Day 2

Campaign : EWA - Planning Family

Method : 25 % Direct Linking + 75 % on three landing pages

Targeting : Demographics related sites using quantcast.

budget : $10 for initial test
---------------

Groupon UK Campaign

Just created a landing page for the groupon uk campaign targeting restaurant related sites.

Will post stats tomorrow.

Quick update :

Planning Family Campaign

First three landing page was just EPIC FAIL so i direct linking till i get some ideas and i got couple conversions after spending some change with TV.

Spent : $5
Revenue : $3.5

So i created three more landing pages + direct linking and will add more targets right now.

Groupon UK

I excuted two landing pages and kept running two landers with different Call to action colors and am getting like double to triple CTR.

The first couple landers had a Green call to action button which didn't perform at all and for the other couple landers i used Orange call to action and almost getting double CTR which makes the idea of testing everything totally worth it.

Payday Loan Campaign

I've been also running a payday loan campaign with a $9.5 payout offer and a landing page. I'm getting like 5 - 12 % CTR for this landing page and a SINGLE LEAD A DAY which is weird so i'll rotate several offers absolutely when i find several offers with short form.

Overall Performance in two days

I'm making like couple bucks which is totally okay since am testing new offers and i thought i'll lose money in the testing phase.

The goal right now is to add more targets and campaigns and spend more $$$ a day testing new offers and drop unprofitable campaigns.

P.S I've been trying to add more targets to the payday loan campaign but seems that i can't find anything to work except targeting competing offers which gives me little amount of traffic so i would appreciate some help here guys.

Regards

11-23-2011 10:47 AM #10 iwanturcoin (Member)

good goin dude! i'm havin the same issue with paydayloans try testing fast track advance with neverblue if u are with them, its been the best for me so far but could'nt really get it past b/e maybe will work better with ur LP. If u find a winna let me know! lol

11-23-2011 11:22 AM #11 virgin (Member)

I'll see if i can join Neverblue or maybe rotate other offers with the networks am in right now i'll pm you anyway if i found something really interesting.
Thank you buddy.

11-23-2011 04:59 PM #12 virgin (Member)

Day 3

I built three more landing pages for the planning family campaign but also still EPIC FAIL 0 click through i mean common ZERO ?. anyway i just decided to drop that campaign after creating 6 landing pages and even direct linking.

I just had a payout bump for my paydayloan campaign so my payout is 10.50 but the problem is that i spend very little amount of money. I scrapped a ton of urls and collected from quantcast but its still the same so i'll just adjust the bids and get higher position slowly on my converting urls and expand it using the domain typos tool.

New Campaign

Vertical : Printer Ink
Commission : $17.00
Budget : $25.00
Method : Landing page
Network : Trafficvance and Leadimpact ( why both ? because am targeting specific product pages so traffic will be slow )

Overall stats so far today

Spent : $1.67
Revenue : $10.50
Net : $8.83

I know this is very little spending and I'm trying to add more targets and campaigns overtime.
Anyway i'll post stats asap and try add more angles and campaigns today.

11-23-2011 07:54 PM #13 virgin (Member)

Targeting another product now for the Ink campaign hopefully i'll get any traffic ....

So i'll keep building pages for the Ink campaign targeting as much products as i can.

11-24-2011 09:12 PM #14 virgin (Member)

Day 4

First of all happy thanks giving stackers, i hope you enjoyed the holiday.

Previous Stats

Payday Loan Campaign : Still doing like 5 - 10 Net / Day ( nothing fancy )

Ink Campaign : I built 5 pages so far and collected several thousands of urls but the traffic is really slow so i gotta wait.

Planning Family : Built 6 landing pages so far with ZERO click through rate probably because of the angle so i just built one more landing page and this will be the last test for this offer if i get ZERO click through rate.

I'll post stats later when i get some data.

11-26-2011 12:17 AM #15 virgin (Member)

Day 5

Previous Stats

Payday Loan Campaign : Still doing the same 5 - 10 Net a day so am testing against the offer right now.

Ink Campaign : Still very little amount of traffic on trafficvance and pending approval on Leadimpact.

Planning Family : I built the last landing page actually that was landing page number 7 to test for that offer so i give up about this offer.

Today Campaigns

Tested 2 New Offers and got several leads but not profitable yet so i'll try testing with lander vs without maybe it converts better.

So overall stats am breaking even today.

11-28-2011 08:45 PM #16 tijn (Moderator)

Nice going!!

And good work ethic.

Keep it up

11-29-2011 04:41 PM #17 virgin (Member)

Day 6

Ahhh sorry for the big delay it's been very busy week for me because of Elections, College, Studying, exams and Freelancing a little for some cash flow .

Here is what I've been able to do the last couple days

Payday Loan Campaign :

I used to get a lead on a daily basis maximum with this campaign but i guess stackthatmoney tools pays for it sefl . I'm doing like 2-5 a day at 20 - 35 / day Net. All I've done is sorting targets by CTR and using the domain typos tool to get lottsa variations and sorting targets also by Conversion and getting variations.

Ink Campaign :

Still no conversions and traffic really really slow but I'll keep it anyway and add more targets.

stats :

Views 384, Clicks 33 , CTR 8.6 %.

So overall its great to have a good start but i also feel guilty for not adding campaigns most often. i feel that i need some disciplined here so i need some sort of checklist or to do list.

To Do List :

1- Create at least 3 campaigns every day to test quickly and keep up with goal which is 200 / day.

2- Build at least 2 landing pages for each campaign.

3- Test direct link vs landing page.

4- Test at least one angle.

5- contact Bill at wolf storm media ( no promotion am just an affiliate but he's a really sneaky dude he comes up with lottsa angles ) get some ideas about campaigns and angles and whats working now.

Regards

11-30-2011 11:02 AM #18 tijn (Moderator)

Great todo list. I look forward to seeing your 3 campaigns from today

Im surprised Ink is getting so little volume.

Have you checked to make sure your targeting the right targets?

11-30-2011 02:43 PM #19 virgin (Member)

Yea for some reason I'm getting very little amount of traffic but i'll go crazy again today and scrap tons of targets again and scrub against my targets.

here is my Ink campaign screenshot so far i have descent CTR

I'll Keep you posted about my 3 new campaigns but so far 2 are EPIC FAIL :S

I guess am a terrible landing page designer.

11-30-2011 03:38 PM #20 dubbsy (Member)

Hey Virgin, (damn I feel like I'm talking to my 15yr old self in the mirror)... why don't you post up your LP(s) for people to critique... the value from the feedback you'll receive far outweighs the risk of someone "borrowing" your LP/campaign, at least when you're not doing volume.

11-30-2011 04:23 PM #21 virgin (Member)

my partner signed up with this name so people can have some fun watching my name i guess

Yea sure i want people to critique my landing pages i thought its not allowed to share them.

Rushcard
http://bexdeals.com/prepaidvisa/lp1/index.html
http://bexdeals.com/prepaidvisa/lp2/index.html

planning family landingpage number 7 i guess
http://bexdeals.com/planningfamily/lp1/index.html

The planning family just had 200 clicks and 1 lead so the problem is the CTR is very low like 2 - 3 % for such a small payout.

Am going to try audio and some images.

Letme know what you think guys.

Quick update :

I just added audio to the planning family campaign and the CTR is a better of course

lp1 no audio 0.78%
lp1 + audio 3.85%

so am removing lp1 no audio and will try test one thing over time.

I have a question is 100 View okay to test a small think like Call to action color for example and call to action text. ?

11-30-2011 08:11 PM #22 dubbsy (Member)

Yeah it's cool of you share your own LP's just don't share anyone else's

Or the Coupn LP:

Couple things I would split test is the bg color (all white) as wel as text colors... And in your ad copy I would be more specific, so instead of the combo - "Exclusive gift for [geotag] parents" and "Get Free Stuff & Great Deals For Your Baby" try something like....

"you are this weeks [geotag] winner!" "you've won a years supply of FREE diapers!" then where you have the 1-2-3-, make that like your steps to win, or a picture of last weeks winner from [geotag]

Idk what the offer page looks like but try emulating that with pictures colors and fonts (I'm guessing that's why your bg is that blue color?

Anyway those are some ideas... Also try adding a jquery pop, or countdown timer to claim, or countdown of how many coupons/discouts are left

I would make another LP with those ideas above and run them against each other (new LP vs current) and see which out performs... And when you have a winner, try sit testing direct linking (if you haven't already) and see how that goes

That's my two pennies

11-30-2011 08:25 PM #23 virgin (Member)

for a moment i read it like that's my two penis haha like WTF

Great info dubbsy i will test this things one by one of course and i'll keep you posted.

after using audio managed to go from 0.75 CTR to 3.5 CTR already so i'll keep testing to recover my loss.

Keep critique my stuff please this is really helpful and i really appreciate it.

Thank you

12-01-2011 12:33 AM #24 iwanturcoin (Member)

For the rushcard lp's - Nothing is really grabbing my attention. I'd make the background white (makes the text MUCH easier to read) i'd make the headline as big as as possible,You need a headline that grabs your attention - whats the biggest benefit of the offer? direct and simple eg "Get Your Prepaid Visa NOW! - 100% Approval!"....black on white background/black on yellow background are the best color combos for text (according to "cashvertising" -good read!- and from what i've noticed as well)

Images of cash on financial LP's of improved my ctr's massively (makes sense right? - thats what people on these url's are thinking about - MONEY!), try diff images (older, like 60yo, caucasion women have worked best for me, for cash advances anyway, havent run credit cards yet)

Make your call to action as big as possible. Text CTA like in lp2 has worked better than button for me but as big as possible and try Intial Caps ie "Click Here Now!" as opposed to all upper case

Geoscripts might help too - date/locations/url.

Just some ideas for ya!

12-01-2011 12:51 AM #25 virgin (Member)

awwwwwwww that was great very helpful i was saying to my self i'll try couple more landing pages if still no CTR i'll forget about it just like the planning family campaign.

about the money , older Caucasian women and cash advances it didn't work for me. you'll be surprised that all i have in the landing page that gets me like 20 % CTR right now doesn't have anything to do with money just middle aged african american with her daughter, headline, bulletpoints and call to action THAT'S IT.

I mean look at any payday loan offer demographics using any demographic research tool you'll find exactly that's the demographics.

For Prepaid visa its worth trying of course so i'll give it a chance.

I'll keep you posted

12-01-2011 01:10 AM #26 iwanturcoin (Member)

ha it's funny how diff people get diff results....I got slightly better CTR with a black mother and child but higher conversion rate with the older lady.

Yeah I reckon you should build 2 more LP's, that have a very different templates... but have the same headline/CTA etc ....pick the winning template then optimize the smaller things like image, CTA, scripts etc.

GL!

12-01-2011 01:25 AM #27 virgin (Member)

aha sounds a great plan will test it of course.

Thank you

12-01-2011 03:10 AM #28 virgin (Member)

Day # 7

So i launched 2 campaigns today and decided to work on a previous campaign with is Planning Family campaign and it was worth it so far.

Rushcard : Epic fail 400 View - 1 Click - 4 Landing pages but am sure its landing pages issue not that this market won't work on PPV so i'll test what iwantyourcoins suggested to me.

Lifescript Grocery : 500 View - 2 % CTR which is terrible for a 1 dollar payout offer, but if i managed to get better CTR am sure this will generate some profit. i already managed to get 3 leads at 2 % CTR and a 0.011 bid so its possible.

Planning Family : I created a new landing page and this was number 8 for this campaign and it was doing good.

Here is what i learned today

Today was really busy day working, creating campaigns and college and was full of mistakes with my campaigns so i still learned a lot. first thing make sure to have a copy of EVERYTHING cus i just replaced the profitable landing page i had on computer and on my server with the Jquery Msgbox index file so i lost the only good thing i had today but i was kindda lucky cus i found my main PSD File so i can create it again, still wasted time so make sure to backup everything.

Second think i learned today that a stupid simply idea can have a big impact on a campaign and turn it from a loser to a winner campaign. I was getting 0.7 CTR on the planning family campaign and tested lots of things and different layouts and still nothign, when i added just audio i got 3.5 - 4 % CTR and turned the campaign from a loser to a potential winner. well its generating profit right now but nothing big at all am just testing with small budget to make sure that i have some cash when i have several profitable campaigns so i'll add more targets and test several things hopefully i'll remain profitable.

will post some stats soon

That's pretty much it for today.

12-01-2011 08:08 AM #29 tijn (Moderator)

nice one virgin!

400 views to 4 landing pages = 100 views per landing page. This is not a epic fail. Its not great but it could just be your targets.

PPV is all about attending and fast loading speeds.

12-01-2011 08:29 AM #30 virgin (Member)

am following a guide Ryan Eagle did on testing with PPV so I'm targeting competing sites cus he said when you don't have insights about a niche you better target competing sites.

Honestly i have no idea about prepaid visa but i guess people who get prepaid visa probably have a skitshy credit and can't afford bank accounts so i can try targeting banks with low income demographics or target banks in general and tell them that they will be in debt for example with the regular type of Visa and explain the prepaid visa benefits.

Maybe target people looking for loans and debt relief and let them know that this can help them control their spending so its worth testing.

I'll drop my targets and try those couple angles with better clean lander, less mess and trust worthy i don't know why i don't use the CTR guide posted here.

will keep you posted

Please keep helping i don't care if you bash me hardly i benefit overall from this

thank you

Quick Update

Sorry for the delay I've been really busy building campaigns and optimizing what i have + freelancing + school ahhhh but am sure everything will pay off later.

I've created new campaigns and did lottsa tests on existing campaigns so i'll post stats and update soon.

Day # 8

Ok so i decided to do several things in the past couple days

Stick with the niches am experienced with and not to go crazy with everything so am working on several campaigns right now in the financial niche and trying make the old financial campaigns work for me.

Campaigns Am Running Now

Credit Score :

I picked one angle and i will expand once i get decent CTR. I'm getting like 1 - 2 % CTR right now on Trafficvance so i'll try add more targets when possible.

Prepaid Visa :

Working on the landing page right now and trying to research the niche to understand whats so special about prepaid visa that people will like to get it instead of normal visa or a bank account ( maybe both )

Payday Loan :

Building small campaigns around seasonal jobs right now and switched to WSM offer because its $1.50 more than the EWA one.

Planning Family :

So far breaking even spent 25 and generated 25 but that's decent results since i don't have a well optimized landing page so far and I'm testing all the small things one by one ( CTA text and color, Different audio, Headlines and copy and images ).

Groupon UK Campaign :

Still can't break even with this campaign but I got decent CTR with my landing page so i'll try KGB Deals and build small angle based campaigns hopefully i'll break even and optimize from there.

Overall performance :

Spent : $100 on Trafficvance + $ 100 on leadimpact

Revenue : $ 293.15

Net : $93.15 NICE THAT AM TESTING FOR FREE

will optimize what i have today and post again stats

If you've any recommendation you're welcome of course.

Regards

12-04-2011 10:24 PM #33 virgin (Member)

Day # 9

First of all i saw something really really weird. I logged in EWA i found conversions from the offer i stopped promoting with them even without clicks lol !!

so lets get to the updates

Payday Loan Campaign:

Still doing the same and it seems that i can't really scale it. I almost added all payday loan targets on the internet lol but i have some ideas maybe they'll work so they need more work of course.

Credit Score Campaign:

Landing page 1 : 300 View - 0 % CTR

Landing page 2 : 300 View - 1 Click

Landing Page 3 : 300 View - 2 Clicks

Landing Page 4 : 100 View - 4 Clicks NICE !! ( still running right now )

so basically i started without using the word free or using any logo just trying to show that credit score is required to get what they're looking for. Next changed the button to click here now text and i got 1 click then changed the headline and got 2 clicks. Last thing added some logos and submitted the landing page to my affiliate manager to make sure its not against the rules and got it approved in the cpa network and Trafficvance.

so basically i still have no conversions but i got the first step right which is ATTENTION and DESIRE and i'll have only to add more targets right now and rotate couple offers hopefully i'll break even then weed out non converting targets.

Penny Auction Campaign : ( New Campaign )

okay this is a brand new campaign i just built and I'm following the case study we have here on the forum but on a leadgen offer with $2.40 Commission. I'm still noob so i'll stick with leadgens because its easier and i don't have a big budget to test such offers.

stats on leadimpact :

120 Click - 8 % CTR - 1 Conversion

so it seems promising and all i have to do is create more product pages and play a little with the landing page. so basically 3 fields only required and i got 1 conversion out of 9 clicks why ? because probably they're not expecting a penny auction site so how about making the landing page like an auction about that specific product and use a count down on that page to bid with call to action bid now ?. I'm trying this style of pages right now and will keep you posted with stats as long as i get enough data.

Planning Family :

Spent : $ 30.00
Revenue : $ 32.00

So i assume I'm breaking even with this one so far. the problem with this campaign is that i tested a ton of things and still can't get it profitable, i mean i tested different audios ( baby crying, Baby laughing and Christmas music and still nothing ). Different button colors and text vs the old click here Arial text button. tested baby images and jquery msgbox it just don't get profitable i don't know why lol. anyway i won't give up early with this campaign i still think this campaign can be profitable maybe I'm just delivering the wrong messege.

Prepaid visa Campaign

still getting 0 % CTR and I'm sure its a landing page issue and am delivering the wrong message so am doing some research on debit cards right now the pros the cons etc so i can sell the benefit of this offer.

Overall Progress Today:

Breaking Even

if anybody have any recommendation guys please don't hesitate.

Thank you in advance.

12-13-2011 09:13 PM #34 virgin (Member)

It's been long time since i updated the thread but I've been really really busy the last week. I've been building around 3 - 5 campaigns everyday since the last update and focused a little on second page submits and i came to conclusion that i really need to be lucky to make it work since the all of this campaigns dies in a matter of a day !!

I had several profitable campaigns doing more than 100 % ROI and i was spending more than $15 a day for each but all dies in the same day. I keep getting conversions in the beginning normally and suddenly everything stops at the end of the day.

Anyway this is a part of the business so I'll stop crying and keep building campaigns maybe i'll find some legit advertisers who don't scrub over time. now i get why in the guide you keep saying build 3 at least everyday so i'll stick to the plan and build even more if i can.

Week Overall stats = $ 100 Profit

I'll create 3 - 5 right now and post couple hours from now.

If you have recommendation guys i really appreciate it

Regards

hey whatsup VIRGIN. i've been reading all your FOLLOW ALONG. pretty good mayne

12-18-2011 05:54 PM #36 virgin (Member)

Thank you James i'll try to post as much as possible.

12-18-2011 06:36 PM #37 bbrock32 (Administrator)

Great follow along man , keep creating 3-4 campaigns a day and you will master PPV really fast.

Keep us updated on your progress.

12-18-2011 08:36 PM #38 madman (Member)

wow 3-4 campaigns a day is pretty impressive, what are you using to build landers?

12-18-2011 08:50 PM #39 virgin (Member)

dreamweaver, photoshop and images ( some times network creatives and some times google images ).

the only reason am not posting on a regular basis is that am really really busy creating campaigns beside working and college but i'll try to post from time to time.

Thank you guys

12-19-2011 01:06 AM #40 flyboy (Member)

I recommend you look into day parting for your campaigns to increase your ROI since you mentioned they completely die down at the end of the day.

Nice follow along, will keep coming back to see updates!

12-19-2011 02:39 AM #41 Ryan Eagle ()

Keep it up and keep moving forward; you're going to make some headway soon.

12-21-2011 01:48 PM #42 virgin (Member)

Thank you guys for all of the encouraging comments.

Here is a quick update:

I've been building some email submits and short form lead generation offers in the past couple weeks and i managed to get several profitable campaigns in the beginning but nothing sticks even after rotation with networks. I understand the nature of this type of offers and i wasn't going to run this offer till reading a fellow member coreg follow a long campaign and he ended up with a profitable email submit so i said why not. am sure advertisers want your traffic and leads AS LONG AS ITS PROFITABLE FOR THEM.

so after testing lots of campaigns i have 3 profitable campaigns right now, 2 email submits and 1 in the financial niche. I'm still running around 15 - 50 a day.

The most important than the money at this point is experience and flexibility. I used to be really really frustrated when i get couple losing campaigns but that's also a part of the business and am getting used to it and overall when you find profitable campaigns you'll find out that they'll cover your testing expanses and maybe some change to play with.

Thank you guys for all the support and I'm still working harder day after day to reach my goal ( 200 / day ) with ppv.

It's been long time since i updated this thread but i was building campaigns like crazy every single day and I've experienced some progress on this follow along and in affiliate marketing overall

Payday Loan Campaign :

Still doing the same figures 2 - 3 Leads a day and a max of 5 Leads a day. The problem with this campaign is that i can't get more traffic even if i bid higher i have around couple thousand keywords and getting out bid by a competitor is a pain to figure out which keyword so i guess the way to go here is an angle. I talked to my AM in WSM and he suggested to target people looking for seasonal jobs because they'll probably need some cash but the problem still the same, people working on seasonal jobs don't even bother looking for that job once the season is over so traffic is even lower.

So far Netprofit from this campaign is $500 so am satisfied because at least its a profitable campaign.

Email Submit Campaign :

After testing several email submits targeting the brand i found just one single offer that's giving me a consistent positive ROI everyday but still have the same problem which is Traffic ( Seems that Trafficvance have a Traffic issue )

Daily Deal :

I also thought its not worth it to run PPV only since am still a complete noob with PPV and i have like couple profitable campaigns only over one Month !. Am not giving up with PPV but i guess i need a mix here of PPV and another Source.

So I Read the campaign guide written by Stackman on Daily Deals offer with Facebook. Got an angle, Targeted one city, Mentioned the city in the ad because i knew my first ad will suck and this may help with CTR and one single image using the spy tool.

First Day
Spent : 50 Revenue : 41
CTR : 0.202 %

Second Day
Spent : 50 Revenue : 91
CTR : 0.16 %

Third Day
Spent : 25 Revenue : 45
CTR : 0.105 %

so overall it was a stunning performance for me since it was my first ad on facebook, never touched before and i got a profitable campaign and i even got my facebook account pumbed 2 days later to 250 / Day.

The problem here is that the advertiser took down the offer in the third day and i couldn't keep this little profits come consistently but the good news is that i talked to one of my managers and he'll get the offer in several hours from now so i guess i'll keep running this offer once he get it.

So looking forward to start running this offer again and i'll update stats again once i run this campaign again.

Your help and suggestions are more than welcome guys

hey dude, are you are running your payday loans on TV or LI? i'm running on TV at the moment with only 30 payday loan urls and am spending about $50/day?....thats not optimized or anything so will prob come down but i've got heaps of targets left to test. I'm surprised ur only getting that much traffic?? I haven't started testing keywords yet.

Okay guys i guess this is the end of my first 2 months follow along Thread, but there are more follow along Threads to come of course !

Before i join Stack That Money forum i was always in Red and struggling, used to copy landers from competitors without even having any idea if its working for them or not, going to work for me or not. I thought i was doing this AM right but i guess i was wrong ( that's why direct linking is the only thing that worked for me in the past lol ).

After reading, reading and reading here in the forum i managed to code my landers and do more advanced stuff easily within minutes and the most important to make profitable campaigns that run for more than 5-7 days.

My goal with this thread was to hit 200 / day within 60 day but i guess this was totally not realistic goal for the skills and experience i have and i ended up with my best day doing around $75 net ( didn't even hit half of the goal ) with 100 % ROI or more. but am really satisfied because that was my first time hit that number and overall i didn't lose a nickle since i joined STM.

Here is one really important thing i had from this forum beside money in my pocket directly which happens to be RELATIONSHIP. I had relationship with many fellow STM members, network owners and affiliate managers and for me that was the most important thing so far and the biggest benefit had from this forum.

So again thank you guys for everything and looking forward to another successful couple months ( hopefully year )

I also want you to know that am going to create another follow along thread and hopefully I'll not make the same mistakes.

Good luck all of you

Thats awesome dude keep it up!!

Pump the daily deals, keep split testing new ads to see if ctr can go higher

Other then that, well done and make sure you dont stop progression everyday

Loving the forum comments!

$200/day is a realistic goal! You definitely have the potential and i would keep going! Mistakes are part of the process, take what you learned, start a new thread and you'll hit your goal!
